We want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

How To Start a Return
To initiate a return, email:

Please include:
• Order number
• Name on the order
• Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the item:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:
1. Initiate a return
2. Place a new order

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Worn or washed items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Chargebacks
Customers must contact us to resolve issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
